Marengo County Seventeenth Circuit
Marengo County belongs to Alabama's 17th Judicial Circuit with Greene and Sumter Counties. A prosecutor, administrative action, or program can therefore be circuit-wide rather than Marengo-only. Governor Kay Ivey's January 2025 announcement appointed Rachel M. England as District Attorney for the circuit, and the state audit source also describes the office as covering all three counties.
